They dont payout I was told they would put it in my PayPal still waiting!

I have submitted receipts for almost 2 years and was very close to reaching the $30 reward. Its set up to encourage you to wait to redeem because the rewards accumulate faster as you get to higher rewards. Recently they sent out a notice that they were changing the rewards system. So today, I opened my app and instead of being very close to the $30 Amazon reward, I now have just barely reached the $5 reward. Seriously??? I get that this is not a big money situation and I get that yes, they technically warned me but seriously that was really shady. Zero stars.

You cant go wrong by using this App. Ive redeemed multiple times and received Amazon & Paypal payouts.

I really enjoy snapping receipts and loading up on coins. The app works well, I havent seen much of a change in the new year program update in regard to receipt to coin value. Also, it clearly tells you what the reward tiers are in the..eh hem...reward tab... BUT...Ive had this app for nearly a year, Im an average spender, my wife and I, and I snap EVERY receipt. EVERY receipt. And Ive proudly earned almost 3200 coins...which was my goal before cashing out and getting $20. And then the biggest screw up Receipt Hog made, was also their biggest change. Changing the reward tiers. Noe the coin to cash ratio is way higher, Ill have to earn 1100 more coins just for the $25 level!? The $5 level is 1000. So Ive just experienced inflation. (Its probably not explained well, but essentially the reward values are unnecessarily much harder to achieve a worthwhile payoff) Come on, inflation in a fake coin app that snaps my paper receipts? I think users deserve a better return than this.

Receipt hog is easy to use and there is no limitations on what you can buy!!! Easy way to make money! I like it so far

So I didnt know that when I downloaded the app I would be placed on the wait list. There are too many users and they will place you on a waitlist. I have to wait 30 days from today in order to know if I have been moved from the waitlist so I can sign up eventually. :/

Very easy to snap pictures of receipts and submit them! Love this app just takes a long time to get a giftcard! But hey free giftcards for snapping pictures of all my receipts I keep anyways.. Easy and worth it in the end!

Love this app just cashed in for $5! Takes time but why not when your gonna have receipts might as well earn something for them before they get thrown away!

Using Receipt Hog is so easy and convenient to use! Ive made it a habit to scan my receipts as soon as I get home from the store!

Ive been using this app for about two years now. I get about $30 each year and put it towards Holiday gifts. Easy to use as well.

It is fine but since you are earning money for doing very little work you are earning very slowly. It is fine if you have plenty of patience for little money.

Good app

This app requires a lot of patience. It took me a year to get a $5 PayPal since I dont go out enough to accumulate so much receipts. In addition, the prizes are very limited-- only has amazon and PayPal gifts. Plus, each receipts offer small points so it does take time to get enough points to get a reward. Overall it is satisfying in the way you do get rewards for your effort. I am only giving it 4 stars because i wish it was inclusive of restaurants. I spend more money eating than shopping

I love that you can submit mostly any receipts but it takes too long to get enough coins to do anything with and now theyve added amounts to make it even harder. Ill stick with Ibotta. Its the best so far.
